How do I determine my size in vintage clothing?

Sizing for vintage clothing can vary significantly from contemporary clothing, and may not align with modern sizing standards. It's important to always check the measurements provided in the item's description to ensure the best fit. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing your measurements to the item's measurements, paying special attention to the bust, waist, and hip measurements.


How do I care for my vintage clothing?

Vintage clothing is often delicate and requires special care. We recommend washing vintage clothing by hand in cold water or taking it to a professional cleaner that specializes in vintage garments. It's important to avoid using bleach or strong detergents, and to never put vintage clothing in the dryer. Store vintage clothing in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to avoid damage from moisture or fading. Many of our items still have original washing instructions attached, you can follow those, but always act on the side of caution.


What condition can I expect vintage clothing to be in?

We carefully select our pieces to be of high quality, display unique craftsmanship and extraordinary silhouettes and materials and they should enrich your wardrobe for many years to come. If needed, items are cleaned and repaired - some items may be in excellent condition, while others may show signs of wear or minor imperfections. We always do our best to accurately describe the condition of each item in the product description and provide clear photos. However, it's important to keep in mind that vintage clothing is unique and often has a special character that makes it so distinct. Sometimes an item is just too good to pass on even with slight defects.

Each product has a condition stated in its description:
Flawless - not worn/ slightly worn with no flaws
Excellent - slight signs of wear, no noticeable flaws
Great - might have small issue like signs of wear, minor stains or pulls; detailed in description
Good - shows signs of wear, might have minor visible flaws that couldn’t be repaired
Fair - numerous visible flaws or a major defect that couldn’t be repaired

 

How long does it take to receive my order?

All orders are fulfilled within 3 working days (Monday to Friday except Spanish holidays) and based on your selected shipping method, see the estimated delivery times below.
Note that unforeseen events and busy periods can cause delays.

Estimated arrival time from shipment day:
Standard shipping European destinations: 3-10 business days
Express shipping European destinations: 2-6 business days
Add 1-5 days for remote destinations


Can I track my order?

You will be sent a confirmation email with the tracking information when your order has been fulfilled.


Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it has not been fulfilled. Please contact sales@damnedparadise.net and we can cancel or change your order.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to the unique character of the vintage pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
We cautiously select and care for all items, as well as photograph them on a model to better display the fit and movement and provide detailed description.
However, we understand that there may be special circumstances where a return is necessary. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please email sales@damnedparadise.net, explain your situation and we will do our best to come up with a solution.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently offer Express PayPal Checkout. This enables you to pay with your PayPal account for added security, as well as by credit/ debit card without having to log in to PayPal. 
Please note you will be first taken to the PayPal page to enter your payment information and billing address. After this step, you will be shown available shipping methods.

Do you have a physical store or showroom?

We offer private showroom viewings by appointment in Ibiza and also participate in various events on the island. Follow us on social media channels to stay up to date on upcoming events.
