SHIPPING POLICY
We offer standard shipping and express shipping for most European countries. The shipping cost depends on your region and will be calculated at checkout.

If you are interested in shipping into a country that is not on the list, please contact us at sales@damnedparadise.net and we will try to arrange a suitable shipment option.
Processing times
All orders are fulfilled from our location in Spain within 3 working days and once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation and the tracking details to the email address you provided.
All purchases are sent by registered mail with a tracking number.
Estimated shipping times
Estimated arrival time from shipment day:
Standard shipping European destinations: 3-10 business days
Express shipping European destinations: 2-6 business days
Add 1-5 days for remote destinations
We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but we cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose, any holidays, weather, unforeseeable events, and your local customs office.
Express shipping
If you choose Express shipping option at checkout, please add your phone number along with your address.
Customs, Duties and Import taxes
Your order may be subject to customs fees or taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your particular country.
You will be responsible for paying these additional charges for customs clearance.
RETURNS
Due to the unique character of the vintage pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
We cautiously select and care for all items, as well as photograph them on a model to better display the fit and movement and provide detailed description.
However, we understand that there may be special circumstances where a return is necessary. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please email sales@damnedparadise.net, explain your situation and we will do our best to come up with a solution.
